Chi-town

it's almost 4AM Malaysian time and my mom's still online  -_____-  watching drama.
such a junkie.

anyways,
my awesome cousin brought me to chicago on sunday. :D
he's going back to chicago in about two weeks.
his girlfriend's coming and he's gonna tour for a month with her!
i drove for the 1st third of the journey.
cant seem to drive straight. -_- it's either to the left or to the right. RAWR.
didnt do much there though.

our first stop was

CHINATOWN :D
felt like home.
...kinda.

tonnes of Wisconsin ginseng there
wanted to take pictures of them
but kiasu asian didnt allow. :(
"no pictures! no pictures!"
couldnt even feel proud for WI.

had dim sum for brunch.
the restaurants known for good dim sum had a long line so we went to another restaurant...

then we headed over to the Willis Tower :)
freaking parking fees in huge cities in US are insane.
$5 per hour. or $14 for 3hrs. we managed to find a $12 for 24 hour.

Lego Willis

cousin said before the Willis Tower had antennas, KLCC was slightly taller than Willis
he said they loved to bitch about how KLCC was only a teeny weeny bit taller in the introductory video.

yes, i came all the way to chicago just to stand on that piece of glass.

yes, he blames me for taking horrible pictures.
look at him with his oh-so-fine cam and lenses
pssht

digged some nose, then left.

so much for excretory waste. haha.
you see the bird shit?

walked around Michigan Ave,
then looked for the "popular" deep dish pizza place..
we walked 11 blocks south, three blocks east, then six blocks back west, and we couldnt find that freaking place. so we walked 11 blocks north again and east, west, here and there.
settled at Giordano's Pizza.
it was so cheesy. i was grossed out by it. lol

super cheesy pasta.

and the super cheesy deep dish pizza.
it was so cheesy, i couldnt find any sausages.
okay im exaggerating but still.

that's all i did in Chicago. lol.
i like that place.
love the buildings.
might go there for college. HMM.
but it's the Windy City T_T
talked to my mom about it and she gave the green light to chicago. but when i asked her about NY she said it wouldnt be suitable for me. rawr.
too much pressure and rush.
hmm...

they say we look alike. do we?

"thank you for bringing me to chicago. i had fun."
"you did?"
*FACEPALM 10000000000000000000000000000x*
*IGNOREEEEE*

oh before i forget, credits to him for most of the photos here. *the nice ones la duhhh*
yeah i stole.
talking about stealing.
he was like "why do you like to keep talking about stealing?"
LOL.
"those who talk about stealing dont steal; those who dont, steals."
muaahhaha now, let's talk about stealing. should we?
